We chose Prisync for our price comparison and tracking needs because it gives us detailed reports, letting us keep an eye on our main products' prices against our rivals with a simple setup, no manual tracking required. It also lets us see daily analyses through automatically generated reports. We believed this would boost our S&OP efficiency.

On top of that, the sales manager at Prisync provided outstanding service and professionalism, really paying attention to our needs before offering relevant solutions and support.

Their customer service is quick and professional whenever we need assistance, plus the product quality is top-notch. The process for importing and exporting is super simple, and the daily reports they send me directly make it a breeze to keep an eye on the competition and manage our repricing. It's so much easier and, most importantly, cost-effective now that we don’t have to rely on teams to scrape prices and adjust accordingly to stay in the game.

Using Prisync is pretty straightforward. I've noticed that a few features don't function quite right, but the support team, particularly Ercan, has consistently been available to help and make adjustments. For the most part, my requirements have been recognized and addressed, and I would definitely suggest it, especially considering the price.

We've been using Prisync for a while now to keep an eye on our prices and those of our competitors. The interface is super straightforward, making it a breeze to set up and use. Plus, they let you export all the crucial data for your analysis. All in all, I can confidently say this tool does its job and really simplifies the pricing aspect of my work.

Prisync serves as a fantastic resource for monitoring the availability of listings and the stock situation of items we’re interested in from our partners and rivals. After that, we can create action plans with our partners using the insights from the Prisync report. There are times when the info from Prisync isn’t spot on, but we can always reach out to them to get it sorted.

This tool is pretty handy if you're just looking to keep an eye on certain sites. That said, getting everything set up takes a lot of time, especially since some sites block URL retrieval, which means we can't access any info. On the plus side, it can send daily reports if you want, so you can track price changes and stock levels. But when it comes to price comparisons, local sites might give you more detailed info than this tool, since it only looks at the sites we've configured, not every site that sells the products.

After testing out Prisync, we made the decision to go ahead and sign up. We checked out about 30 other options and tried 5 different products. Ercan stood out as the most helpful and proactive person among them all. He made sure the solution fit our needs perfectly. The accuracy of their Smartmatch feature was top-notch compared to the others we tested, and being able to manually add as many competitor URLs as we want is a huge advantage.

The interface of Prisync is super user-friendly, making it easy for us to keep an eye on our resellers since we can now get almost real-time price updates. What stands out the most is the professionalism of their customer service. Big shoutout to Mustafa and the crew for always being there to help us out with any questions. We’d definitely suggest this platform to anyone looking to analyze listings, stock levels, and price changes for your products, customers, and even competitors.
